Barrier Breakers facilitators are experienced professionals with superb soft skills. We have a rigorous selection and training process to ensure our team is top quality.
Our all facilitators are BBM trained and accredited as a Lead or a Support facilitator, work within Barrier Breakers guidelines and policies, and have Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) certificates.
We aim to make Barrier Breakers a pleasure for clients to work with – and an organisation that our team is proud to be part of.
