The skills we now need in the workplace are the same skills we now need for our well-being.
Soft skills are now the essential skills for work – whether you’re working for an employer or for yourself. This 5-session programme allows participants to explore how the 5 barriers block effectiveness at work, so they can recognise where the barriers are affecting their employability, and learn how to overcome them. They look at how barriers affect individuals, organisations, and the working environment.
The programmes increases awareness of these essential skills, encourages participants to develop them immediately and in the long term, and enables participants to provide evidence of how they apply these skills in real world situations.
